Bourbon-Glazed Kielbasa
Some might argue that you can’t have a true “Kentucky” experience without bourbon. Now, I’m not a bourbon drinker OR a Kentuckian, but this recipe is the perfect way to enjoy a taste of Kentucky living. It takes only moments to toss together—and is often gobbled up just as quickly. This recipe is a perfect munchie for when company is coming over, and is easily doubled for a larger crowd. Cheers!

Ingredients
- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced into ½-inch pieces
- 1 cup apricot preserves
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons of bourbon
Preparation
- 1Combine all ingredients in a crock-pot.
- 2Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
